- Course duration and modules vary; for example, ASA takes about one month, ICE takes one month, WSA takes three weeks, etc.
- Overall, the entire security track may take up to six months to complete.
- Certifications:
- The security track is divided into specialist (CCNP) and expert (CCIE) levels.
- Core exams (SCORE) and elective exams are required for CCNP.
- For CCI, passing the core exam and then the lab exam is necessary.
- Certification validity is three years, and any Cisco exam can be taken to renew it.
